Thank you for choosing Culinary Chronicles. We value your satisfaction and are committed to providing a transparent refund policy. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations for various products and services we offer.
1. Online Cooking Classes
1.1 Live Online Classes
For our live online cooking classes, the following refund policy applies:

To request a refund or credit for a live online class, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Credits for future classes are valid for 6 months from the date of the original class.
1.2 Pre-Recorded Classes
For pre-recorded cooking classes:
- We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are not available if you have accessed more than 30% of the course content.
- To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for dissatisfaction.
2. In-Person Cooking Classes and Events
Our refund policy for in-person cooking classes and events is as follows:

Additional terms for in-person events:
- You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 24 hours before the event.
- If Culinary Chronicles cancels an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.
- In case of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, events may be rescheduled rather than canceled. In such cases, registrations will be automatically transferred to the new date.
3. Digital Products
For digital products including e-books, recipe collections, meal plans, and other downloadable content:
- Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded.
- If you have not downloaded the product, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- If the digital product is defective or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for assistance or a refund.
4. Physical Products
For physical products such as cookbooks, kitchen tools, or merchandise:
4.1 Returns
- You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
- Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
4.2 Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to expedite the process.
- Culinary Chronicles will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items.
- We will either replace the item or provide a full refund, including original shipping costs.
5. Subscriptions
5.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected].
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing month.
5.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions may be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- After 14 days, you may cancel your subscription, but no refund will be issued for the remaining months.
- Cancellations will prevent automatic renewal for the following year.
5.3 Free Trial Conversions
- If you sign up for a subscription through a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period.
- To avoid charges, you must cancel before the end of the trial period.
- No refunds will be provided if you fail to cancel before the trial period ends.
6. Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
- Unused value remains on the gift certificate and can be applied to future purchases.
7. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
- For credit card payments, refunds typically appear within 3-7 business days after processing.
- For bank transfers or other payment methods, refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
8. Special Circumstances
We understand that special circumstances may arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other exceptional situations, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review requests for exceptions to our standard policy on a case-by-case basis.
9. Disputed Charges and Chargebacks
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination of your account and additional legal action.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
